PTCO FunDS REQUESTS
If an HPS Teacher has a PTCO funds request, please submit the request no later than the second Monday of the month to Mrs. Feeney for review. Once the request has been approved, please make an official request to the PTCO by filling out this form.
The request will be presented during the HPS PTCO meeting which takes place on the third Tuesday of each month. After the request is discussed, there will be a vote by PTCO members whom are present at the gathering. All parents, teachers, and community members of the High Plains School community are encouraged to attend the monthly meetings have the right to vote. With a majority vote, the request will be approved.
